JKT Fresh Fish
Our product range extends from the main species of haddock, which is processed and sold as fresh fillets as well as natural or dyed oak smoked fillets, to fresh salmon fillets, lemon sole fillets and many more.
In addition to our range of filleted fish, many species such as halibut, turbot, monkfish, brill and dover sole are widely sought after as whole fish by customers such as chefs who can see that they are receiving the freshest quality available to serve in their restaurants.

From all over Scotland and from overseas, we source a wide variety of fresh fish.
The majority of our fresh fish goes for processing in our state-of-the-art facility. We also offer a supply of whole fish, either straight from the markets or packed in poly boxes from our factory.
On our filleting lines, our highly trained staff endeavour to produce premium standard quality on an industrial scale.
Our farmed range includes salmon, sea-reared trout & rainbow trout.
Our wild range is extensive, from whitefish staples such haddock & cod, to flatfish including lemon sole, plaice & witch. Mixed fish that we process monkfish & hake, we also have prime fish available such as turbot and halabut.
The species we provide may vary, however, each one is given the equal level of care to enable us to produce a high a quality product for our customers as possible.
