We offer a wide range of Whole Fish and fillets; our available species include: Salmon, Sea Trout, Rainbow Trout, Haddock, Cod, Coley, Sea Bass, Seabream, Wolf Fish, Herring, Lemon Sole, Turbot, Halibut, Plaice & John Dory.

Our fillets can be cut to your exact specification: Fillets, Portions, Loins, skin on, skinless – trimmed as per your preference.

Our signature product is our Skinless Haddock Angel, traditionally local to Edinburgh; but now supplied across Scotland & UK.
