A structured system of management is essential in the daily running of our business. Designated Department Managers, each with many years experience in the trade and a vast expertise in their own field, are responsible for all members of staff within their teams.

Managers, along with their deputies, ensure that new employees undertake a period of training prior to becoming permanent members of the team. This gives new staff members the knowledge of our products and the practical skills required in the production of these products.

Regular weekly meetings with the Business Partners, Department Managers and our Quality Assurance Manager, are an opportunity to discuss any matters relating to production, sales and maintenance and are invaluable for sharing information between management and staff on the factory floor.
