Over the last few years we have invested heavily in our premises here in Musselburgh, extending and developing to what is now one of the largest and most modern seafood processing plants in the country.

We are at the forefront of our industry with regards to current legislation and technology and, with over 100 production staff, we put great emphasis on training and development to ensure that everyone regularly achieves the consistent level of quality expected of them.

Our commitment to the highest standards and staff development was recognised by Skills Development Scotland by awarding us 'SME Employer of the Year 2014'. Modern Apprenticeships has brought an increase in employee technical awareness which in turn brings business benefits including improved team working, new product development and increased motivation.
