From all the major Scottish ports, we source the freshest whole Haddock available on a daily basis. This is transported to our factory directly after purchase ensuring that the fish arrive in the best possible condition for processing.

As well as the open market, we also purchase fish directly from two large white fish trawlers from the North East coast of Scotland, whose catch is landed once a week straight on to our own refridgerated lorries.

Our product range extends from the main species of haddock, which is processed and sold as fresh fillets as well as natural or dyed oak smoked fillets, to fresh salmon fillets, lemon sole fillets and many more.

In addition to our range of filleted fish, many species such as halibut, turbot, monkfish, brill and dover sole are widely sought after as whole fish by customers such as chefs who can see that they are receiving the freshest quality available to serve in their restaurants.
